[Lowfer] DK7FC in En90xn

Looked a bit for DK7FC here to no avail. Conditions were down compared 
to the previous evening. On 137 kHz VO1NA was just barely noticeable, 
but nice to see big signals from MP and XIL.

Elsewhere, got nice copy from CA on 302 and 321 kHz DGPS and Navtex 518 
kHz decodes came through from the US west coast too with messages from 
area 12 stations C,Q, and W. Looked briefly for NDB NY on 350 kHz as 
sunrise neared and was surprised not to find it. But on 214 kHz LU was 
in there weakly along with K8. VLF signals from JXN at 16.4 kHz to the 
Israeli station on 29.7 kHz were plentiful in the early evening.
