[Lowfer] EAR in CT

We're better off here (snow-wise) than the folks further up the coast. Heard the other day there 
have been nearly 200 roof collapses in Massachusetts. Weathermen are saying it's the coldest 
February on record in Connecticut (think full month records go back a bit over 100 years).
