Thanks all for signal report.... finally made it out to the antenna - over
2 feet of snow in back yard , and temperatures have not been above 0F or
-18C for weeks now. -26C and wind chill of -36C ( close to -40F ) over
weekend.
Succeeded in loosening up, and moving the loops a bit - enough to prevent
touching/crossovers that I suspect was the problem.
Had transmitter on dummy load for week - experienced no missed keying or
intermittent, so knew it was the antenna system.

We'll see how it goes - on 24/7 now.
