[Lowfer] Lowfer JW 181818hz

I looked awhile last night for lowfer JW. Conditions weren't great and 
didn't think I copied it, but I did see a possible "signal" around 
181.8209 kHz. Notice a potential "signal" near there (181.8212 kHz) also 
on the KD5BYB grabber capture at 1350Z.

Assuming the grabber was originally on the lowfer watering hole looks 
like it also caught the carrier I noted there in a previous message.
