[Lowfer] Propagation east from IlL last night

The military VLF family made a good showing here last evening with 13 or 
so stations evident at once. JXN on 16.4 kHz and HWU on 18.3 kHz were 
particularly strong while GQD on 19.6 kHz was barely noticeable until 
much later. The clock signal from TDF on 162 kHz decoded easily but 
DCF77 on 77.5 kHz wasn't nearly strong enough to decode the time. 
Hopefully those callsigns are correct, the frequencies are.

Higher up in the DGPS band both Cape Ray, NL, 288 kHz and Brunswick, ME, 
316 kHz were fine. Also, WG2XKA on 474.2 kHz WSPR from VT produced 
better SNRs than usual.
