[Lowfer] SIW on .2993 in EN90xn

Garry & All: Still a good copy on SIW on .2993 with the NW EWE antenna, typical late afternoon slow fade....-75 peak signal is something

not observed before here. With the end of that M-flare from last night I suspect some D-layer enhacement going on today....

    A few weeks ago I tried to listen to W4DEX on 160m and the local interference was too high on my EWE and FT-847.  I tried my Benmar 555A RDF receiver and was able

to get a partial copy on the 160m group in the evening and the RDF loop antenna showed minimum noise with a NW & SE orientation....which made me

think perhaps I have a min noise condition in the back yard with a larger loop-like antenna oriented NW & SE...hence the motivation to get another EWE in the air at a right angle to the 

existing SW/NE antenna....
