[Lowfer] TAG & SIW

SIW made a showing from 12:13 EST till 2:13 am EST, then returned at 4:45 until 
local sunrise... TAG showed up with traces at 1:30am EST and was in , and out
of the noise until 5:30 am EST when it was readable for 4 sequences.. WM never
rose out of the noise, and the crud I have between 300 to 301.. Gusty wind last
night moved something, and I had NO powerline noise to speak of when I checked
this morning.. That could possibly account for TAG's strong showing at sunrise..
A " 2 " S-unit ( 12dB ) drop in noise sure makes a difference.. 73 all: Andy - XR
