[Lowfer] WM Signal Improvements

Mike (& All) : No doubt the artic breeze helped overnite, but perhaps the 
new RF ammeter setup made a difference. I just got around to checking the 
daylight
watering hole catch and WM was detectable from 1200 through 1800 UTC here...

Definitely stronger than the one weekend here back in Nov 2014 when I was 
copying WM in daylight
