136 kHz Opera32 activity continued last night with WD2XES active from
the US. Signals here are down from last year when a SpectraVue waterfall
regularly showed RTTY pulses from HGA22 and DCF39 and DK7FC often came
through with DFCW60. Nothing like that this year.
Of course WD2XES being relatively local came through fine. Not as strong
as WD2XNS the previous evening, but comparable to WD2XNS the night
before that.
Regular Opera decodes were:
03:22 136 WD2XES Op32 -23 dB |-------| Fade: 0%
02:25 136 WD2XES Op32 -26 dB |-------| Fade: 18%
01:20 136 WD2XES Op32 -28 dB |-------| Fade: 12%
00:10 136 WD2XES Op32 -35 dB |-------| Fade: 50%
*********** 04/02/2015 ***********
And DK6NM detections were:
2015-02-04 03:22:19 WD2XES 1365km 137545.019Hz 9mHz -27.2dBOp 93% 21.8dB
2015-02-04 02:25:06 WD2XES 1365km 137545.021Hz 3mHz -24.8dBOp 100%20.9dB
2015-02-04 01:20:18 WD2XES 1365km 137545.021Hz 4mHz -31.2dBOp 89% 20.4dB
2015-02-04 00:10:40 WD2XES 1365km 137545.018Hz 3mHz -31.7dBOp 57% 20.1dB
518 kHz Navtex produced decodes from the 3 US West Coast stations but
nothing from BC. 474.2 kHz WSPR decodes were plentiful from WH2XND to
the SW but only weak decodes from WH2XGP to the NW and nothing from VE7BDQ.
