[Lowfer] Looking for input on measuring changes to the beacon

Ok, I figured you used a tuned circuit to increase the sensitivity. I
think the CB meter just has the diode, cap, and meter. At the time it
didn't work I didn't want to put in the effort to "improve" it. There is
certainly room in the case for additional components.
