[Lowfer] Looking for input on measuring changes to the beacon

I tried using a CB Field Strength Meter when I first put the beacon up.
It was not very sensitive and had to be held within a couple feet of the
P.A. to get any deflection. I give up on that at the time, I should
re-visit that idea.
