Thanks Eric. I've seen Steve's signal many times before without the 
sidebands so I figured something was amiss. Perhaps the big snow we just 
had has something to do with it. I often get multiple HF WSPR decodes on 
very strong signals at +/- 60 Hz. So do many others. Nothing is wrong 
with those sources though, the problem is ripple on my soundcard supply 
that creates spurs at +/- 60 Hz, +/- 120 Hz, etc. Usually only the 60 Hz 
spurs fall within the 200 Hz decoding range.
