[Lowfer] SAQ 17.2 kHz reminder

Had some alpha beeps here too earlier this evening, but static levels remain 
at typical springtime levels as of a few minutes ago.  DCF77 and the 
carriers of European LWBC stations were absent, which may not be a good sign 
either, but I'm still planning to give it a try.

At the upper end of the band, I tried for the WG2XFQ transmission shortly 
after it was due to sign on, but couldn't detect a carrier on it either. 
May have another shot at that one early tomorrow evening.
