Much better conditions/signals here last nite. Monitored 136 kHz wspr
rate 2 and rate 15 with two different eprobes. Best SNR at rate 2 was
WH2XND at -4 dB (best for WD2XES was -10 dB). Best SNR at rate 15 was
WH2XRR at -21 dB.
