[Lowfer] Over night conditions to EN52 NE IL

Lousy LF conditions continue here. Monitored the watering hole for
lowfers and while SJ and WM were at times in there at best they were
weak. TAG was hardly even noticeable. On the WSPR front the usual
signals on 474.2 and 136 kHz were decoded but SNRs weren't impressive.
Also looked at 160 mtr WSPR a bit and found many stations active. But
best DX was only VE6. 518 kHz Navtex produced messages from Bermuda and
Puerto Rico but only a single garbled message came in from the west
coast (area 12, station Q in Long Beach, CA). Took a look at DGPS around
1200Z and the ususal western stations were instead being captured by
stations to the east and south. Loran-C of course was quite potent on
100 kHz.
