[Lowfer] VLF FSK signal

Hi All: I seem to be hearing a rather strong FSK signal around 18.7kHz, seems to be from the NE direction. It sounds somewhat similar to the ear to the Puerto Rico station on 40.7 kHz.  Listening around 17.2 kHz was surprisingly quiet, but the odds of that happening during the SAQ transmission are likely to be slim... no Alphas detectible but that is not new for me....
