[Lowfer] CFH

This morning I noticed CFH was transmitting on 137.0 kHz. Didn't bother 
136 kHz WSPR reception here but might have hurt elsewhere. 
Interestingly, it was sending on the more common frequency 73.6 kHz 
simultaneously.
