[Lowfer] XPQ and UNID

Good Morning Lloyd,
 Thanks for the reports.
 That LQ is a bogus decode. Probably caused by all the junk splatter coming 
from the eLoran at 100KHz.
 We expect rain later in the day so probably won't be on until Wednesday.

I left wspr15 running all nite to see I could catch this but got this
strange decode
