[Lowfer] lowfer WSPR15 XPQ 475 and 136 for tonight -

Garry & All:  No trace of XPQ overnight here in EN90 on 136 WSPR15. Only one 
decode from VE7CNF overnight
and only a dozen or less XXP decodes, which is a below average result.  A 
dozen decodes or so from the new  WI2XBV EL99 station on 630m wspr2, but my 
antennas were either pointed NE or NW so his decodes were mostly in the 
high -20s although I did have two -20 decodes overnight.
