[Lowfer] MP on 137 having frequency problems

Yes, it was a remarkably quiet afternoon, and both signals were consistently
strong.  I was able to run Argo's sensitivity very low.  QRN and QRM
remained minimal way after sunset, too.

Makes me wish I'd been prepared to watch throughout the night, but that's
not feasible today from the standpoint of either power sources or my own
stamina.  Maybe I can be ready in time for a try tomorrow night...if Mother
Nature will cooperate again.
