[Lowfer] MP on 137 having frequency problems

MP 137.780 having some frequency problems on 137 since some power outages.
Short 2 - 3 second on and off cycles over an hour. Think a few undesired
spikes may have caused a few problems with the DDS .
Will QRT for the next few weeks and do a thorough rewiring and checking.
Back on the air
in a few weeks.
