[Lowfer] EAR and LF

[Andy - KU4XR via Lowfer]

Propagation was deplorable last night.. The only LWBC detected was 171 KHz.. 
EAR was " just in there " .. The previous couple of nights were a little better, but, 
I wanted to report on EAR anyway.. Looking forward to the lower static levels this
winter.. 73 all : Andy - KU4XR
