[Lowfer] Spectrum Lab access violation

I get an access violation when I run the Loran preset with the Time
domain scope of Spectrum Lab v2.76 b08. This occurs on both Windows 7
and XP PCs. It doesn't prevent the scope from working, but freezes the
main spectrum display window. That's old software so I upgraded to the
current v2.90 b1 on the Windows 7 and found the Loran preset now works
fine.
However, I could no longer save user defined entries under Quick
Settings. I could program them and as long as the Spectrum Lab remained
running move among them, but shutting down the program and restarting it
gave an blank list of entries. I assume this is yet another permission
issue with Windows - one where not only does it not save the
information, it doesn't tell you it didn't save it either.
I solved the problem by copying the SpecLab_UserDefinedMenus.ini file
from the v2.76 b08 directory to the v2.90 b1 directory.
Perhaps the above will help others running into similar problems.
