[Lowfer] More 153 khz

Not to beat an old horse too much but "Norway" has been in and out from 1720 thru 0520z - 152.99953/54 and Im now seeing a carrier since 0420z weakly on 153.0001 - I can see a weak carrier on 153.000.16 but it appears to wobble a bit with a slight upward slope since 0120z, starting at .15 - not sure its origin but I don't think its local...
