[Lowfer] 153 khz

The nighttime 153.000 kHz signal I'm seeing abruptly went off at 0810 
UTC.  The daytime signal turned on at 1210 UTC.

I lost the spectrum display showing the turn off when I resized the 
window but here's the signal on display:
