With receiver and soundcard GPS disciplined, I'm measuring the frequency here as 153.000012. Signal 
much stronger with the antenna in the easterly direction ... http://www.w1vd.com/grabber.html . 
Bright trace is antenna east, weaker trace is antenna west.
