A little web surfing this morning, turned up:

Anyway, the signal that's almost exactly on 153 kHz is way too strong in 
the daytime to be coming from Europe or Africa. It has to be closer. The 
biggest candle over there is on 183 kHz, and it's barely visible until 
late afternoon, while the 153 signal is 20-30 dB out of the noise (with 
fading) during the day.  Since it seems to be widely copyable, can we 
get some DF work underway? From here in MA, it appears to be on a 
75d/255d line.
