[Lowfer] 153 khz

Is it possible I'm seeing a carrier from Radio Algeria on 153 kHz at mid 
day?  I often check LWBC during the evening hours.  Last evening Radio 
Algeria was about normal strength, copyable at times but not great.  I 
set up a SpecLab plot and let it run overnight.  The signal dropped 
greatly at Algerian sunrise but I'm still seeing a carrier at mid day.
