[Lowfer] 630 meter WSPR at KU4XR - XSH/20 & XGR/3 note

VE7BDQ decodes were hampered last night for the same reason it was hard 
to decode XSH/20 and XGR/3 together. BDQ has been on 475.737 kHz while 
XKA has been on 475.730 kHz, too close for reliable simultaneous wspr 
decoding. 10 Hz or greater separation would help. It was quite stormy 
over night here so west coast signals were down from previous nights. 
But BDQ would have decoded a few times here had it not been simultaneous 
with XKA and times when it was all by itself unfortunately were faded 
below -30 dB snr.
