[Lowfer] Navtex DX both east and west

FB J.B. No decodes from $04X Labrador here but did get a decode from 
$04O. West coast stations Q and W came in well all night and especially 
around local sunrise. Station C has a tougher time of it because of area 
4 C but got one decode. Nothing seen from either BC station or AK, 
despite VE7BDQ coming in well on 474.2 kHz WSPR. Looked for DK7FC on 136 
kHz in the evening to no avail so not surprised Greenland has yet to 
decode this listening "season".
