[Lowfer] DK7FC 136.172 kHz 2nd capture

Mike, impressive capture! Looked a bit after 0200Z for DK7FC too but 
didn't find even a hint of signal. Guess it's still too early in the 
season. Conditions were pretty good overall - finally decoded WG2XSV on 
474.2 kHz WSPR (but only once and at minimum SNR) and the 3 other active 
west coast stations came in well much of the night. NDBs MOG and FCH in 
California were in there nicely as was powerhouse GPI in Columbia.
