[Lowfer] XNI

Regrettably, the weaker signal I saw earlier was not SIW--but XNI was nice 
and solid all afternoon.  Odd QRM on the attached capture from a couple of 
hours ago, and increasing QRN after sunset, but still quite a solid signal 
just before I returned to town for more iced tea.  Will be returning to the 
field shortly and watch XNI for at least another hour, then decide whether I 
want to continue at LF or watch WSPR and/or other activity on 630 m.
