Hi Lowfer´s

Found some traces on 137.7805 kHz while i was watching VO1NA but could not
identify the call. Now, after seeing Mike´s screenshot, it is clear, it´s
"MP".
But who is "MP"? Where is he located?
Any informations welcome.
