[Lowfer] West coast decodes

J.B., notice decodes for the 3 active West Coast stations have been 
running much higher SNRs than just a couple weeks ago, even with storms 
last night to the SE. Ran ARGO at QRSS10, then QRSS20 looking for WE2XPQ 
over night but nothing noted. See Mark, KU7Z decoded Laurence a number 
of times on WSPR. That's the farthest East copy so far this season I 
think. Sure is tough when you don't have an all-water path.
