Actually I need to better qualify what I have seen below.
I have only *recently* seen 17.8 (although I think I saw 17.9 in 2000), 22.7
(although I think I saw 22.6 in 1998), and 27.2 as center of shift.  Note
that before NAA in Cutler moved to 24.0, 17.8 kHz was its frequency.  I have
also seen them use 17.6 (1998), 18.6 (1998), 27.5 (2000), 27.7 (1991), and
34.7 (1991).   Seen others before 1991.
