[Lowfer] VLF 8820 Hz

Doug, nice copy! I used QRSS1200 in hopes of digging out something from 
635 miles but the only signal I saw was spray from my SLM set to 8820.1 
Hz. Also had a "wiggler" around 8820 Hz but it really didn't bother the 
very narrow bandwidth ARGO waterfall.
