[Lowfer] VLF 8820 Hz

Yea, the slower you go on Argo the less bandwidth you see. I just assume
Dex is GPS locked on his transmit frequency, and I know I won't be more
than 2 Hz off on my receive frequency, so I settled on QRSS60.
