[Lowfer] Wm beacon Reception reports and activity

I want to say thanks to all, for the watering hole captures over the 
past few days. I am planning to test some antenna changes over the next 
few days. I will have some daytime outages, with maybe some better or 
worse results. I will at least put it back to it's current configuration 
for the overnights.

I appreciate the reports to tell me how the beacon is doing.
