[Lowfer] Wm Beacon on-line 11/26

Thanks Ben, that looks great to me. I don't have a calibrated receive 
setup here. I have not built up a level of trust in my frequency counter 
in that range, but it reads close to Gary's capture with the bottom part 
of the "W" hitting 185.3002 or so.  Some times the counter varys on the 
last digit. Your receive setup is doing great!
