[Lowfer] 8730 Hz test

Off at 0300UT.  Antenna current has gone way down for some reason.  
Depending on the WX tomorrow morning I may power up again until the rain 
arrives.

In order to tune below 9 Khz I had to add the 29 KHz coil to the barrel 
coil.  In June the 137 KHz varoimeter coil plus the 9 KHz coil would 
tune down to 8950 KHz.  I guess the difference is due to the oak trees 
now being about 75% bare of leaves.
