[Lowfer] An extended visit at the Watering Hole Tonite

Andy, thank you for the capture which shows the Wm beacon. My weak 
signal should confirm you are on the right track on your receive 
setup...  I think I have an explanation of the low frequency.

I have the exciter located in an un-heated building. The temp here hit a 
low of 15 F last night.   After seeing Gary's capture yesterday, I 
wanted to drop the frequency about .5-.7. After I made that change I 
forgot to put the cardboard box back over it, and the small lamp I was 
using as a heater. I corrected that this morning, and I am now seeing 
the frequency go back up.

So for all of the group watching and reading, last night was an oops, 
and hopefully I will get the beacon settled in to 185.300.5 - 300.7.
