[Lowfer] SJ and WM at lowfer watering hole

Began monitoring the lowfer watering hole around midnight (0600Z) and 
found SJ coming through well, but also a weak copy of WM. Mike, please 
confirm your QTH. I think it's EM68es and if so the path length is 228 
miles. Nice to see WM on the air again.
