[Lowfer] Daylight SIW in EN90xn

Dex: Nice series of stable signal level captures overnite you have. I only 
had about 2 frames worth in the 11PM to 1AM time interval.  Makes sense as I 
would think the skywave would be
more consistent out 600~800 miles from SIW versus the 434 miles from SIW to 
TTS. As long as the local noise is low and the daylight absorbtion is not 
too
high,  I seem to hear SIW more consistently in the daytime. It will be 
interesting to see if this is a trend or an anomaly over this fall/winter 
season....

Neither TAG or SJ is copyable in the daylight here so far on this left side 
of the Appalachian Mountain groundwave attenuator....
