Doug ... Been with Comcast for >10 years now ... blazing fast.
Dex ... Interesting. Your grabber is slow to open here - sure seemed to open faster in the past when
it was on W4DEX.com. Others that host their grabbers on their own websites are quite snappy. Figured
it was the additional 'overhead' and first come first served bottleneck at those 'free' services.
W1VD.com is hosted by GoDaddy which has a good reputation for speed and opens almost instaneously
here. And no ... I'm not talking about a cached version. Maybe it depends where one is located WRT
Photobucket / Dropbox servers. All I know is that they're slow here. Maybe Comcast (or other
enroute) are throttling back speed for data originating from 'free' services. Wouldn't suprise (or
bother) me.
For efficiency sake, I still say 'run of the mill' captures should be attached here. Again, my 2c.
Not expecting or desiring for anyone to agree with me.
