[Lowfer] Lowfer Captures

Photobucket / Dropbox always slow to open and load. I don't have time to wait the 10 or 20 seconds 
for a 'ho hum' capture to load ... especially of someone else's signal ;~) . I will check it out, 
however, if attached to a post here. Less than a minute spent with photo editing software and you 
can crop / compress / save / attach with the the best of them. No need to post non-monumental 
captures elsewhere.

Just my 2c.
