[Lowfer] SIW in EN90xn

Garry & All: Band is surprisingly quiet this afternoon, very consistent copy 
on SIW and above average signal considering

SIW location off the side of my LF EWE antenna and 724km 
distant....(EN51ug>EN90xn)
