[Lowfer] LF conditions

E-W propagation was lousy here last night, while N-S was fine. A number
of Caribbean, Central, and South American NDBs were copied as were
arctic circle stations to the North. WG2XXM and XIQ were fine on 474.2
kHz but WD2XSH/20 might have had its timing off again - it was there, at
least for awhile, but no decodes - and very few decodes from WH2XGP. The
usual VLF stations, including the 3 alphas, didn't seem impacted. And
right now in broad daylight things must have recovered because DGPS
stations in Montana (313 kHz) and even Nevada (312 kHz) are coming in.
