Interesting signals from the west as local sunrise approached this 
morning. Decoded 3 CA stations: #875 in Essex on 298 kHz, #795 in 
Bakersfield on 305 kHz, and #882 in Lompoc on 321 kHz. Tried for Lincoln 
on 314 kHz and Chico on 318 kHz but Sturgeon Bay, WI prevailed on the 
former and Summerfield, TX ruled the latter (despite aiming a loop to 
null them). Usually Lompoc comes through the best but this morning it 
was the weakest of the three stations decoded.
