With a 10 ohm emitter resistor I have 44ma @ 15 Volts B+ and a 10 ohm
current limiter on the B+ to the xfmr side of
collector. Only error was omitting that bridging wire across the bifilar
windings. Did not take to long to figure out.
No time to put it on the SA right now, I'll save that for next session. I'll
add the second 10 ohm resistor on the emitter in parallel
to see where the current draw goes and eval if that heat sink is suitable
for the task.....if it runs too hot I will put the transistor on the
top side of the board where more space and air circulation is available.....
