[Lowfer] VE7BDQ overnight WSPR 2

FB J.B. It was a bit noisy here at first but things quieted down as the 
evening wore on. VE7BDQ and WD2XSH/20 decoded a number of times with an 
e-probe for my shorter path. Used a loop for 518 kHz Navtex and found 
decodes disappointing. Station $04N nearby in VA was sending messages 
for almost an hour in its 10-minute window, stomping on other stations 
that usually get through. Like you I found Puerto Rico and Astoria, OR 
in there, but not much else. Interesting to see that as local noon nears 
NDB OI on 305 kHz USB from South Souix City, NE is still coming in 
nicely via a 667 km path.
